SINGLE SESSION: $75
Yoga or MELT, 75-minutes
3-SESSION YOGA SERIES: $225                                                                                                                     First session: 75 minutes; Following two sessions: 60 minutes

MELT roller will be provided for use during session. Includes a FREE MELT soft ball and PDFs of MELT hand and foot sequences for continued self-care treatments at home.
GROUP CHAIR YOGA SESSION: $95 (3-6 people)
Blocks and yoga straps are provided. Yoga mats not supplied. 
For seniors or people with disabilities. No previous experience is needed. Yoga session focuses on balance, stability, standing alignment, guidance on “healthy” walking, and proper sitting postures. Feet and pelvic floor health covered.
MEDITATION SESSIONS: by Donation (3 person minimum)
60 min session. Includes Q&A after multiple short “sitting sessions”.
No previous experience needed. 100% of donation goes to the Sedona Community Foodbank.
